SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
The following terms govern all SMS text messaging communications sent by or on behalf of XWEBI SERVICES LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) via our website at xwebi.com, our conversational AI assistant, or related scheduling and lead-capture systems.
1Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, demo scheduling notifications, status updates, service notifications, and reminder messages to users and customers who have engaged with XWEBI SERVICES LLC through our website at xwebi.com, via our scheduling and live chat assistant, or through direct communications, and have explicitly consented to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected with affirmative consent and/or clear notice. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, demo access links, rescheduling updates, trial milestones, and customer support communications.
2Cancellation Instructions (Opt-Out)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages, or reply “STOP”, “QUIT”, “CANCEL”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, or “END” to any SMS received. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via a single final SMS message. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply opt in again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4Carrier Liability
Wireless mobile carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network provider.
5Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage, inquiry frequency, and appointment schedule. For specific questions regarding your text messaging or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
6Supported Carriers
Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint/T-Mobile, and most regional wireless carriers.
7Age Restriction
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate in our SMS messaging program and to use our services.
8Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subcontractors in support services will be solely to provide the services described. All other the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. General Terms

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Sangamon County, Illinois, or the appropriate state or federal courts located in Springfield, Illinois.
